Danygraig Bed & Breakfast - Liege - Belgium.

Joe and Myriam would like to welcome you to their Bed and Breakfast accommodation in Housse which is some 3 miles outside Liege in Belgium. Housse is just 5 miles from the Dutch border and some 20 miles from the German border. There are shops, filling sations and at least 8 restaurants with a 1 mile radius.

If you are looking for accommodation in this wonderful part of the Ardennes area of Belgium you will just love the access you get  -  We are just 1 mile from the E40 Motorway from Liege to Aachen 30 miles away) in Germany. Maastricht in Holland is just 20miles away. Liege itself, with its River Meuse is just 10 minutes away.

The house itself is a modern 5 bedroomed property with 4 guest rooms that are all with en-suite shower rooms together with television and broadband access.

All rooms are to the highest standard and all can sleep at least 2 people. Please check the tariff below for the various combinations of room possibilities. We even have a Family option for 2 adults and 3 children.

The large garden is accessed from the communal lounge/breakfast room and, for the summer months, has a covered eating area which can be used in the evenings.

Breakfast is served from 7:00 a.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. at weekends. A child seat is available for infants.

BREAKFAST

Breakfast consists of a continental breakfast with croissants & bread, cereals (corn flakes or coco pops), cheeses, jam, pear conserve, and cold meats with orange juice and tea or coffee.

Relaxing in the evening.

A lounge is available for guests which includes easy chairs, tables & chairs, access to a kitchen as well as a child's play area and a table football table.

This area leads onto a very pleasant garden together with its covered patio area.

There is, of course, a television in each room.

A desk is also available for those wishing to do some paperwork. Broadband Internet access is available from all parts of the house.
There is, however, no telephone for guest use.

A deposit of 50 €uros is required for any booking.
Credit cards are, as yet, not accepted.

Danygraig - Danygraig is a district of Porthcawl, a beautiful coastal town in South Wales - part of the United Kingdom.  Myriam and I went to live there in 1975 from Belgium and where I worked for 5 years prior to coming back to my home region - Liege in Belgium.  I have some fond memories of the 5 years I lived there and when we bought our current property some 20 years ago we called it 'Danygraig'.  So now you know - Danygraig or Dan-y-Graig is a Welsh name and I think means 'Under The Rock'.
